Mr. Satish M Gharge started his career as a Pharmacist with a retail outlet, Sadhana Medicals at Mudhol. He has wide and rich experience since 1987 in retail business. Diversified into manufacturing activities in the year 1989, by successfully setting up a Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) injectable formulations plant, namely Anand Pharmaceuticals at Mudhol, Karnataka.

As a Managing Director, Satish Gharge also has a rich manufacturing experience of almost 3 decades (Anand Pharmaceuticals). Under his able leadership and owing to his keen foresight, the organization has witnessed rapid growth and expansion and carved a name for itself in a short span of time.
